Damage Claims

Was your vehicle damaged during shipping? If so we are very sorry to hear that. We have a very simple and customer friendly claims process. Just print off and fill out our damage report form, then either take a picture to email, scan and email, or fax it back to us with the information we requested including any pictures you may have showing the damages.. Also, according to our terms and conditions, we require two estimates for the repair of the damages that took place on the vehicle. These estimates should be from competing body shops. This damage claim form must be filled out within 24 Hours of delivery. All photos of damage must be taken at time of delivery or within 24 hours. All repair estimates must be turned in within 30 days or claim will be closed. Once you have gathered all the information send it all to claims.uztrans@gmail.com, or fax it all to 303-974-2001. We will respond as quickly as possible. We understand that you may be upset and frustrated, and we appreciate you patience and understanding while we investigate and finalize any claims.
