When will my vehicle be picked up? On average, it will take one to seven business days after your payment has been received to locate a carrier and get your vehicle picked up. When will my vehicle be delivered? Based on the mileage, once your vehicle has been picked up, it will be delivered within anywhere from 3 to 7 business days. Is the service door to door? Yes, we provide door to door service, allowing our carriers to get as close to each physical address as possible. How do I handle the title transfer with the vehicle seller? We highly recommend that the seller sends you the title vie overnight mail. The title should not be left in the vehicle and our drivers are not responsible for handling any paperwork. Is my vehicle insured during transport? Yes, during transport your vehicle is fully insured with no deductible. Damages caused by our drivers and trucks are covered, but we do not cover damages caused by nature. Can I pack my personal belongings in my vehicle for transport? We highly advise you not to leave or pack personal items in the vehicle, as they are not insured for damage or loss. Does someone have to be present for pick-up and delivery of a vehicle? Yes, there must be someone present to accept the vehicle. Either you or your assigned person over the age of 18 can release or accept the vehicle and sign on the inspection form. Can I track my shipment progress online? We are still working to create an online access to the system to track the vehicle location. Currently, up to date information about the vehicle delivery can be received by calling our direct lines. Are there any size and weight restrictions? If you vehicle is low to the ground or lifted higher than stock, or has oversize tires notify us prior to vehicle pick up, so we can make sure that the vehicle can be loaded onto the right truck without causing any damage.
